There will be opportunity to :-
• Learn more about Ignatian spirituality.
• Experience the Ignatian practice of the Examen as a tool for increasing self- awareness and discernment.
• Appreciate how Ignatian and Quaker practices can inform and enhance each other .
I am coming from a background of long experience with Ignatian thought and practice. I was educated by nuns following the Jesuit ( Ignatian ) Rule , from age 5- 18 . It has only really come alive for me ,though , since I became a Quaker , which has both intrigued and energised me .
